There’s the prevailing sense of organized chaos at Andhra Bhavan. A buffet style restaurant that brings the food to your plates at clockwork intervals. You don’t know what you’re eating (it’s all vegetarian though, unless you ask for otherwise), and it’ll just keep coming at you. The taste? Pretty good. It’s a great value for money meal though, so a definite go-to place if you have a big appetite on a low budget.
As you exit, be sure to check out the Andhra Pradesh handloom store that has some beautiful towels and saris, among other things. As a government regulated place, the prices can’t be haggled down, but you can be sure of the quality and the price isn’t all that bad anyway.
